At BetterAlt, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. If your fashion choice isn't quite right, our simple process ensures a seamless transition to your next favorite look.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
